  • I swich between SW and counting calories. I get better resalts and more freedom with counting callories. But I sometimes I need a beak from counting callories, so I just do SW for a few weeks. Then I go back to counting callories. It works for me.

  • Slim fast? Why do people fall for these slimming products? I don't recommend Slim fast at all OP. It's a quick fix. Make life stile changes to loose weight and keep it off.
  • You would need to syn the parmesan. I don't know the syns from the top of my head. You can have up to 15 syns a day, your still ok if you have some syns left.
  • I just use myfitnesspal for my food diary, but I don't count callories. Just follow SW plan. The SW app is really bad.
  • I agree, slim fast works but it's just a quick fix. People need to make long term life stile changes for the weight to come off and stay off. I wouldn't recommend slim fast to anyone.

  • Pizza is okay in moderation. Eating 800 callories a day is not okay. Please reconsider changing your callorie allowance for the day. I would be so hungry and grumpy on 800.
  • I couldn't do 1200. I would be grumpy too. I don't know how people do it. I'm 5"1 and 152lbs and lose consistently on 1800 with exersise calories on top of that.

  • I had my wisdom teeth taken out under general anaesthetic 2 years ago. I remember eating alot of yogurt, soup and mashed potato. lol
  • I guess the best I can. It's tough though I don't like being accurate.
  • I love craft beer. I exercise a fair bit to accommodate my beer drinking. I also have a stressful job which doesn't help. What works for me is exersise before I drink my beer in the evening. For some odd reason I find I feel the effects of alcahol more after exercise than if I was to drink without exersise.

  • It depends on what I plan to do during the day. Usually on a day I go to work I have a 200 cal breakfast. Sometimes on a day off I have a 500 - 600 calorie breakfast but only have a small snack for lunch.

  • Exercise makes me feel better and it helps me sleep better and bring my stress levels down. It also makes me feel more confident with my apererence. Im a very keen fencer I train hard to get good results. I like winning so I train hard so I can win more frequently. Finding a sport you are passionate about really does help.
  • Yes same here. I can't sit around on a Saturday night with a few beers playing Halo. Unless I have exersized enough during the day to earn it or carry over some calories from the day before.
  • Yes I think a heart rate monitor is probably worth getting. Before I got a HRM I was logging insanity as 500 cals. When on avaverage I only burn about 300 cals per work out. Im only small so my calorie burns are fairly low.
