You look totally amazing. So very encouraging for the rest of us still making the journey. Thanks for sharing.

I was down almost 40 pounds before I started to noticed the weight loss myself. And at that point I had to buy new pants. At about 50 pounds down was when my top caught up to the race and my shirt and bra band size changed.

When I bring backed goods to the office and someone eats the last one but leaves the pan and the dirty utensil on the counter. People who replace the toliet paper roll under instead of over... A minimum purchase amount to use my debit card.

20 pounds by EOY would be great but 15 is more likely.

I am going to have to up my game only have 560 minutes of exercise as of 09/23.

I love the idea of a "big in the belly" cut of pants. We should market that.

I had a short walk around the neighbor hood with the new puppy as my start to the month's challenge.

I started my weight loss with the assistance of a doctor supervised plan very similar to this. I had 800 calories of protein for the first week, to jump start, and then a standard 1200 calories(protein, vegetable, fruit, grain, dairy) for the rest of the plan. The clinic provided a weekly weigh in, counseling, and support…

I cook my office lunches for the week. A co-worker and I are splitting the cost. She finds the healthy recipes and I cook them. That way we both eat good and don't waste money on daily take out. And I don't end up tossing out half my groceries because I get tied of eating the same thing for lunch and dinner.

I would like in on that challenge.

You look fantastic. Great Job.

I make a lettuce wrap with ground turkey, chow mein noodles, and a spicy sauce. It is what is on the lunch menu for the office this week. I set the turkey wrap itself as a food and made it public. The sauce I just add as an individual item. 4oz of turkey, 2 Pieces of Romaine, 1/4 chow mein noodles and 1 Tablespoon Spicy…

I log my yard work. I live in South Texas and pushing the lawnmower across a corner lot, front and back takes some serious effort in the middle of July. I end up so drenched in sweat that I use two towels before coming into the house and drink 8 bottles of water in about 20 minutes to cool off. And that is all with an 8am…

I watched the " Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" one on Netflix also, it was very emotional for me. I was amazed at what the gentleman in the film could do with a juice diet. I have also watched a few episodes of the Freaky Eaters show. I know that the fried foods, breads and generally high fat foods I ate got me to my highest…

I plan on starting the program on the 16th. I have had it since January and after reading the posts and seeing other MFP pictures, I have to courage to give it a try. Best of luck to everyone.

To wear an actual matching print bra and panties set, no more solid color bras and hope to find a matching color/print in the panties. The specialty stores are expensive and offer very little options.

I weigh in even if it is cycle time and just notate it on my log. And for me I crave salt. In my pantry I keep dried beef, which has more sodium than any person should ever consume, but it is my favorite. I take a slice and put low fat cream cheese in the middle and create a roll up. I use only a few slices and it gets me…

I have been using a bra from Championusa.com. The Champion Double Dry Spot Comfort. It fits very much like a traditional bra, back hooks and adjustable straps. I am a 42DDD and I love it.

I have dropped 50 pounds since I started my weight loss journey and the only thing that changed about my boobs is the band size. I went from a 44DDD to a 42DDD. My lowest weight was 165 and I was in a 36DD, but that was because I couldn't afford a specialty store for a DDD. I think it has something to do with genetics. I…

I usually wear a size 10. But have noticed with my first 50lb loss that I can now comfortably get into a 9.5 in some brand of shoes and have no trouble walking around in them.

You look stunning! Thanks for sharing your story.

Congrats on your weight loss journey. You Rock!

I'm 5'9" and started my weight loss journey last March at 277.5 (red shirt picture on my profile). In February of this year I hit the 50 pound mark and have slowly been up five down five ever since. I am new to MFP and am pretty consistent with my food logging but still not quite on the exercise wagon. I have found that…

I am in this same boat. I need to join a gym to start adding weight training to my routine, but can't bring myself to do it cause I am afraid everyone will look at me while I try to exercise. I know it is all in my head, but need a way to get over it.
