My gym has a saying on the wall that really helps me "that voice in your head saying you can't do this is a LIAR" . I am ready to be thin, that is what motivates me.

It takes hard work and dedication. It seems like even when I just take one cheat (popcorn at a movie, a coke etc) I am up 2/3 lbs. :( We gain easier and it is definitely harder to take off.

WOW! That little bit really made a difference. I recently had a pregnancy scare so my diet went out the window for two weeks. I put myself in check yesterday and am back on today! I love how much thinner your belly looks simply with a few pounds off. WAY TO GO!

For me eating Protein filled snacks really helps. A handful of nuts, a protein bar, a bagel thin with peanut butter or eggs (scrambled whites or hard boiled). ALSO, I always eat a good breakfast. MFP has me on 1300 and I am doing fine. Not starving or anything. But I have ALOT to lose lol. 60lbs left. I definately think if you stick to the calories even without excericse it will come off.
