Bragging!!!!

Hi all,

I just needed to share and tell the world because I am so proud of me. I just upped my weight on the bench press to 20lb dumbells and curls are now at 15lbs.

As a bit of background, I had hurt my shoulder so bad that I couldn't even open a door. Doctor thinks I tore something at the time. I did physical therapy and it took a year just to be able to raise my arm straight up over my head. I thought I would never get past 15lbs. It took me like 10 years to build the strength back. I still have to be careful, but I totally Rocked It!!!!

I just feel so good about.

    That's awesome, Fanny! And really good weight too! You're putting some effort to make those kinds of gains. And coming off of a shoulder injury as well? That's physical and mental toughness. I hope you find continued success and progress! :)

    Thats so awesome! I had a knee injury and it was so hard to get my lift back so I fully understand how much hard work it takes. Congrats on such a big accomplishment!
