Thats so nice!! It sounds like the "real" wedding will be something very personal and special to you both. I think simple weddings are the best. (I keep telling my three children that!!) Congratulations :))

Hey, We are going in sept, doing 4 days in Keys and then travelling up to Orlando. We are staying in a Holiday Inn (cant remember exactly where as I'm at work now!) . Renting a property is very expensive and difficult for under 7 days. Do you have any hotel points, like Priority Pass or Hilton Honors, that can help take…

I use a HRM as its the only way to get an accurate measurement. I went on the site mentioned above and it had my cals burnt at a good 100 over what I actually burn. It all depends on how good you are, how your feeling on the day, the teacher, too many variables. If using that site, just dont eat back all your calories!! In…

Have to say, I havent heard of this particular one, but you dont need gimmicks, honestly, count your calories and eat healthy food and you will lose weight, also add exercise as well. If you start a diet like the one you mentioned or any of the other ones, then you cant sustain it forever and will put the weight back on.…

I eat my lunch at my desk most days! Today I'm having Melba toast (6 pieces) a tub of extra light philly cheese and garlic stuffed olives. Some I put smoked salmon bits on the cheese instead of the olives. Also having some non fat greek yoghurt with fresh berries and a little bit of muesli, sweeten with agave. :)

I bet it does feel good!! I am one pound away from being "overweight" after having been well into the obese category. Well done, you have achieved alot :)

I have been on here since Feb this year and for a long time I just calorie countered, eating mainly my usual foods but modifing the portions etc. Recently I have been changing the type of foods I eat, I am trying to "go clean". I think its a long process, you need to change a few things at a time, get used to them before…

There is a class starting near me and I was thinking about going, but do you need any co ordination, cause I cant dance at all !! LOL

That made me laugh! And I know what you mean about the sound, but I couldnt do my exercise without my shock absorber bra!! Believe me, its an aptly named bra when you are over a certain size!!

Interested in knowing this too !!

Have a look at this and see if that helps! http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/calories-in-food/veg/Chip-Shop-Chips.htm Dont think you can ever be accurate as you dont know how they were cooked etc., best guess is all you can do and usually I would pick the higher one to be safe!

I started at around 214lb and it was probably about 20 lbs lost before people noticed, but now I get comments all the time - its a great boost! :)

I'm 5'4", possibly slightly under! I hate the way trousers fit me. If I buy petite (meaning 5'3 and under) they are short in the body, when I need them to be short in the leg only. And when you carry your extra weight around your waist and tummy you dont need petite size there, just the legs! But I like the fact that I can…
