Just to say I'm in the UK....Mac and Cheese is such an American thing!!! I don't really able much love for it as its so sickly! Steak fajitas sound good though! Also what is Quark?

I also eat steak....but as I mentioned...it's what I choose to go with it! If I'm eating cleaner ill just have spinach and other veg...as opposed to a baked potato or chips (fries)! This is why I'm looking for suggestions to have other things. Was maybe thinking some sort of pizza or maybe Mexican!

I feel I do eat quite a lot of broccoli, beans, kale, salad items, carrots, berries, apples etc. I've also noticed there are a lot of foods logged which should have the fibre content added but it isn't on here...for example the berries, tomatoes etc I eat, so I actually think my fibre intake isn't too bad! I mean to change my macros on days where I lift heavy and days when I run. I'm due to do my first 8k on Sunday and scared, I'm not on low carb. My carb macros are set at 40/30/30...P/C/F.... I aim for around 120g carbs.

I think it's more because I really tried to up my pace today so by the time I got to the strides at 4.8km I was knackered. It was only two intervals if strides today. It's just strides...20seconds all out the two mins slow. I just couldn't understand it. Just trying to make sure I'm getting the right energy but not going too over where I can't enjoy my weekend if I decide to have a higher calorie meal.

Since August I've tried to do a 5k per week. And in the last coup,e of weeks maybe done 3-6k about 2-3 times per week.
