No I got back 18th August. I've also had zero alcohol for over two weeks now.

Over last four weeks its been about two pounds. It's hard as I was on holidays for 7 weeks and one week was in an all inclusive. I do log cheat meals as best I can even if I eat out. I do SL every other day so yes three times per week.

I pretty much weigh EVERYTHING! I'm 4ft 11, 58kg. Trying to lose for ages but scale either goes up or won't move. I do SL 5x5 and incorporate HIIT, spin, netball and just started more running....trying to build up my distance. Log pretty much as close to possible. Use a digital scale, weigh meat and fish raw, grains etc…

Is it best to increase mileage each week? The run keeper app,I'm using is gettingnmebto do shorter runs then a longer run and then a run with sprints at the end? I'm trying to build to a10k. I'm struggling with my pace as its around 6.30/km. I'm not sure whether to work on pave or distance?

I really want to get into distance running. My furthest is 5k but I really struggle with runs now I lift heavy and do less endurance cardio. Any advice?

I generally don't do cheat days, its normally a carb heavier meal or dinner and drinks out.

My periods have been fine. The problem I think is that the increase in weight has been over time. My tummy looks pretty flat in the morning. My weight is pretty stable during my cycle but I just get bloating. I eat vitamin c everyday as I consume fruit etc daily. I've been on my pill for 15 years.

I do have 2-3 rest days. How low should I go on cal consumption then?
