can you give me some food suggestions on more protein and less carbs? i do HIIT training 5 days out 7 which has some circuit training elements in it and we also use weights in class but the heaviest i lift is 15kg x

Yes i have scales, but im not weighing my bread i have just been using MYF bar code scanner to see how many calories is in one slice ect. Yes i made my porridge with water & im guilty i forgot to log my milk :explode: for exercise i am doing High intensity interval training with elements of circuit training 5 out of 7 days…

on weekdays i exercise on a night time at 7.30pm- 8.30pm, id normally come in and have a bowl of fruit and some yoghurt but thats still not enough so i dont know what i could eat to eat my exercise calories back??

its really hard to log because we do lots of different things i wonder how many calories we actually burn from it too. the circuit training already goes down as cardio x

[/quote]The whole "clean " notion sounds a bit restrictive. Don't set yourself up for binges later due to over restriction.[/quote] what i mean by this is ill just have a bowl of fruit with some yoghurt for a snack rather than a bag of crisps or a bar of chocolate.

just some people call what i call tea dinner. for instance i say breakfast, dinner, tea for my mealtimes. Other people i know call there's breakfast, lunch , dinner. x

Right so should I stick with what MFP says 1470 or should I go with TDEE

It's not just 1 or 2 days of eating well I have been doing it for a while just not logging it .. Probably why I'm not loosing anything because I've probably had more calories... I am so determined to loose weight I really need to start loosing some I have an operation in August want to be fitter for then , and obviously…

See diary from 28th & 29th April that's when I was doing my juice plus .. I was not eating back any of my exercise calories ..

Right I'll open my diary you'll find I havnt logged properly lately & if I have it's been rubbish.. I need to restart everything... I've set MFP to lose 1lb a week which has gave me goal calories of 1470calories ... So do I eat my 1470calories then if I burn 600 calories I eat some back?
