Go to Settings, then Diary Settings, then Meal Names. You can change your meals and add more.

I know what can cause it...I just wanted to vent :) I generally don't eat very much sodium though. I think right now my fluctuations are related to my menstrual cycle.

Thank you all for your replies. Right now I am limited in my ability to weight lift, as I am a SAHM to 2 young children. But next year when my kids go to preschool I will be able to join a gym. I am currently attempting to strength train using small hand weights at home; I know that's not ideal but hopefully that will help…

Breastfeeding helped me lose the weight I gained from pregnancy, but it did not help me lose the extra weight I had before I got pregnant. I nursed pretty much all day every day in the beginning, and I was back down to pre-pregnancy weight within a few weeks after each of my kids was born.
