what do you include in body measurements?
When people say how many inches they have lost, what do they generally mean? Waist, hips, and thighs? I have lost 4" off my waist, 4" off my hips, and 3" off my thighs, so would I say I have lost 11 inches? Or just 4? What body parts do you measure?
