They don't fit! NSV

I have recently lost 23 pounds, and I am getting really close to my goal weight. While I should be really happy about that, instead I have been feeling frustrated that my body doesn't look like I expected it to look at this point. I realized I will probably have to lower my goal weight again, which made me sad.

But today I got the pick-me-up that I needed! A few days ago American Eagle was having a big sale so I ordered some shorts online. My size 8 jeans have been feeling loose so I ordered size 6. I have been anxiously waiting for the package to arrive and it finally came today. And much to my surprise, the shorts are too BIG! On one hand, I am frustrated because it means I have to return them....but on the other hand I am thrilled that it means I am now a size 4!!! (At least by American Eagle standards any way)

For the past 10 years I have dreamed of a day when I would be wearing single digit sizes, and when I started my weight loss journey 6 months ago I was so excited just to go to size 8. And now my size 6 shorts are too big. I am so happy and proud of myself. Hopefully the bathing suit shopping I will be doing soon will not take away all this happiness! :)

That's Awesome, And is always an amazing feeling with your clothes start to fit again, let alone getting to go down a size two below what you thought! Keep up the good work!
