I hate weight fluctuations!

I was busy yesterday, so I ate 100 calories less than I usually do...and this morning I weighed 2 pounds more than I did yesterday! GRRR! Even though I know in my head that I did not gain 2 pounds of fat in the last 24 hours, and that weight fluctuations are normal, I still hate seeing a higher number on the scale! Especially because my goal was to be 125 for my vacation and I have been hovering between 124-127 for the past 3 weeks.

sodium/salt. look back and see if you ate packaged food. amazing how sodium can pack on even six pounds of false weight.0

I know what can cause it...I just wanted to vent
I generally don't eat very much sodium though. I think right now my fluctuations are related to my menstrual cycle.0 -
Yeah, it definitely makes things tougher. I weigh about 3 pounds more when I go to bed than when I weigh myself in the morning. And I normally weigh 4-5 pounds more on Monday morning (after a weekend of eating and drinking) than I do on Friday morning after a week of staying under my caloric limit.
This morning I was 185, and by Friday I should be down to about 180, assuming I continue losing 1 pound per week (last Friday I was 181).0 -
Hey guys. I hope everyone is doing better than me today.
I admit i had a high sodium weekend, on saturday morning i was 139.8 and today monday morning i am 141.8.
This is false right? There is no way i put on two pounds. i didnt even go over my calories, and i've been exercising everyday.
Is it because I had high sodium for the past couple days? I ate 1.5 slices of pizza and 2 LITTLE cheeseburgers i feel so bad now!0
