Just an idea, but good point how everyone is different. Along with my spinach (which I looove) I have to have my strawberries otherwise I end up with other issues:blushing: :laugh: Hope everyone is having an awesome day!

I'm thinking about have a spinach, chicken, mango, avocado salad with a lil red onion and Trader Joe's Sesame Soy Ginger Vinaigrette (It's also good with a Raspberry Vinaigrette as well)

Oh Lizzy my heart goes out to you. I have no doubt you are amazing mother. My son who is almost 10 has ADHD and been diagnosed as having such since 5. I seriously thought he had ODD when he was little got kicked out of daycare after daycare for fighting. I eventually had to leave my job as there was no one to take care of…

The very first thing I noticed is what an awesome hourglass shape you have! You have beautiful shoulders. You must be at a great weight already for your height. So try to maintain and add into your mix toning/strength training for extra definition. But seriously you look FABULOUS already.

I cook 2c fresh spinach with my eggs in the morning. And as you know it cooks down quite a bit...guessing down to 1/2 a cup! I always list it in my journal in the raw/fresh state since that's when I measure:smile:

I like trying them all kinds of ways, but 2 of my favs are a couple avocado slices with salsa or mushrooms with 1/2 oz of blue cheese crumbles.
