Veterinarian ... retired after 23 years (19 owned my own practice). Sold it in Colorado and moved to Arizona. I think I got it ... go to "Settings" and change your display setting to "Frequent". Then go to each meal and snack, etc. ... click on "Add Food" ... your list will show up ... check on what you want to delete ... at the bottom of the list is a green box that says "Delete Items" ... click this and everything should be…

I can't figure it out either!!! It says to select item from the "list below," but nothing is listed. I tried to copy and paste ... didn't work. I think I'll ask over in the technical / support area.

I'm shooting for my adult weight when I was fit and training in karate. I'll see how it goes when I get close to that; I may need to modify it because of body fat this go around. :glasses:

When I was rowing crew in college, our coach told us we could drink any pop we wanted ... just make it ONLY one per WEEK!!! I changed from that good approach over the years. My dietician at the VA clinic recommended this site to me so I could get a better hold on exactly what I eat, and also give me some motivation to keep on track by weighing myself. Her suggestion was to weigh only once a week upon rising in the morning and before breakfast. I have chosen Saturday morning. :glasses:

WOW shrinking!!! I want to be like you. I just joined a few days ago and did my first weigh-in. But, I'm doing the things you suggested: fruits, veggies, small frequent intake, etc. My lower back hurts ... so, trouble with walking. Keep up your good work toward a more toned body.

You are definitely an inspiration to me buddy!!! I think I need to re-set my daily calorie goals ... I just discovered today that I had that option. I have severe lower back pain even if I walk a short distance, so I need to find some sort of exercise that I can do. Keep up the great work.
