duplicate? And I only have the dvds because my mom lost all of the other stuff before she gave them to me. Is there a way I can get the things I am missing from it? I found the fit test tracker and the schedule online and printed it out

the insanity dvds because my mom bought it but couldn't handle it because of her medical condition, I have been thinking about starting it but im not good at "video" workouts. Anybody else have that problem that this is working out for?
