What scale should I buy?

I ordered my scale off Amazon and it is also BalanceFrom. I love it, it works well. I think that would be a good choice!

For what it's worth, I bought this one a few months back and absolutely love it:

It measures body fat, muscle and water percentages as well as weight and it's not too bad pricewise.

I have a Conair digital one that I got from Walmart. $14 bucks.

Think about what you want from it... do you just want it to tell you how much you weigh? Do you want it to "measure body fat"? I really see no reason in buying something online unless you live in the middle of nowhere or are seeking a fancy scale (e.g. WiFi capabilities, body fat %, etc)

You bring up a great point: I'd argue that anyone who's serious about weight loss should get some kind of BF% measuring device. It really helps you see exactly what's going on with your body in a way that weight alone cannot. I know that these BIA-based meters aren't that accurate, but they're consistent when used regularly, over time and under the same conditions, which is really what you're interested in. For example, I weigh myself and log my BF% first thing in the morning, every morning. The measurements will vary by as much as .5-.7% from one day to the next, but over time the trend shows in black and white whether I'm on the right track or not — even when the pounds haven't budged much, for whatever reason.

Seriously, if you can afford a scale that measures BF%, GET ONE!
