Good advice all but remember peanut butter has alot of fat... eggs are filling and great, tahts what I use...

Look up moisture wicking fabric... I bike quite a bit (sometimes 50 miles or more at a time) and always thought the pansy's that wear the bike tights were... After I finally asked, the fabric used specifically wicks away moisture to the outside of the fabric and it also takes the salt we sweat with it... thus no chaffing…

Its a little gross but dont underestimate how long it takes bulk to be evacuated from your system... I also routinely loose a couple pounds at night (difference from night weight to morning weight) .

All good :-) eggs are filling and only 80 calories each... you can also eat lots of veggies that are almost free... just remember every bite you eat are calories that will not be lost !!!!!!!!

What do you mean food combining ??? I have never heard of that... I am probably the opposite... when I am actively "loosing" I eat 3 eggs and multivite in morning and 3 eggs and multivite in evening... I usually run (slow jog) 7 or 8 miles daily those weeks or ride bike at about 15 mph for 1.5 hours daily...

Exactly right... just try your BEST to have control more often than not... I always tell myself that if I "blow it" (whatever "it" is) that I am simply WASTING the hard work I did to loose the pound or two pounds I may gain from binging... One thing you can do is eat something that is filling and not horrible the SPLIT…

Exactly what happened to me... I got a bicycle... I ride at about 16 miles an hour and burn about 600 calories on that hour... easier on the knees and shins !!!!

Its all one day at a time... it took most people a long time to get the way they are... but the rest is up to you !!!!! 1 pound of fat is 3500 calories... feel like loosing faster and are motivated then get as negative as you can that day... Don't feel as motivated ??? Just know its going to slow…
