Yep, Skinny Cow. Love the vanilla with caramel cone! Just tried the white mint bar and it was awesome! I've been to a couple frozen yogurt places that were really good too. I love to load on the berries and mangos. I'm a big ice cream fan myself. Hardest thing to stay away from for sure!

If you're slimming in inches that's awesome! That means you're losing fat. If you're over 130 lbs but have a lower percentage of body fat then you're much better off than someone under 130 with a highter percentage of body fat. Know what I mean? I'd consider then number on your pants dropping to be a much bigger success…

My 24 hour fasts mean I skip two meals (i.e. after dinner on Saturday I don't eat until dinner Sunday). It's not always EXACTLY 24 hours. I'm not watching a clock. But I'm also not eating an early dinner.

You're going to lose weight if your NET calories are 1200 a day. Seriously, you're going to lose weight. No worries!

Where you're at right now, I would think shooting for 1 lbs a week would be the best way to go. But I don't know. Experts? Where are you? :) I would at least be sure to eat your 1200 plus any excersize calories. Does that make sense?

I have a reverse osmosis filter in my home and I LOVE it! It was costly to install but well worth the many years of enjoyable tap water. It really does taste so much better than regular tap water, which nearly makes me gag. And the greeny in me is satisfied. :)
