Thank you for posting! I'm coming to realize more and more that this is a life long journey. And even though I put on a few pounds during the holidays, I can get right back on and it doesn't mean my journey is over. It means, I'm going to be okay and eating with the family and friends wasn't detrimental to my journey!

I know this isn't nice...but sometimes I get a little yucky feeling when I watch other people gorge on food. I have some co-workers who just eat and eat all kinds of junk food, and it makes me want to say no even more. Today I caught myself watching someone sitting there eating candy bars and it was not appealing.

I'm also obsessed with food. I find what has worked for me is logging my food and keeping my calorie count at a maintainable level. If I try the 1200 per day, I seem to binge or not stick with it. i've used PF for the last 3 years - it's great for cardio and unlimited tanning as well. pretty inexpensive.

I've been a veggie for over two years and was vegan for about a year and a half. I just can't eat meat now at all. I actually feel healthier although I would like to go vegan again one day :)

you should have mentioned they also have chocolate :) The Fred Meyer here in our city has a few of their products. They are a little spendy though. I've tried a couple of their dressings, Okay, but not something I would purchase.

I've set mine at 140, but I like my curves - so not sure I'll go that far. I'm at 165 now and looking pretty good. So, I can't imagine losing another 25.

Guess I eat a lot of popcorn :) typically two of the brown lunch bags and POP in microwave! 200 calories but awful on the carbs. I stopped by Costco and got some veggie chips. My co-worker is going to miss my popcorn crunch all day.

Mine was horrible! My birthday was Thursday, which meant cake at work then dinner out. And then my friend came in for the weekend and I have been eating out all weekend and shopping. Horrible :( absolutely horrible! :) But, good news...here we go again. It's a new day and I'm headed to the gym!

I eat popcorn almost every day ;) I use the brown paper bag method with no oil or my air popper! I portion it out to 100 calories and snack on it at work - or have that instead of chips with my sandwich!

I love black bean burgers! Yum, my only probably is portion control with those :) I've been hooked on veggie sandwiches lately.

Yes! I don't necessarily do this on purpose. But if I go over one day, I do try and keep a little under a day and always do my best to keep my weekly count in the green. So far, so good. I've been losing consistently. So a day out to dinner isn't as bad as what I think if I average it in my weekly count.
