I did this too, I don't anymore since I have broken the habit. Try reserving some calories from that day, not a lot, 100 or so. Set a banana (or something like that) and a tall glass of water out and when you wake up, eat that and go back to bed. Rigger

What you're doing seems perfectly fine to me. I don't understand the whole TRX thing, but if you dig it that's cool. I wouldn't change a thing really. It seems to be working for you. Rigger

Terrible idea, too much exercise, too few calories, too much weight too fast. This plan is just setting you up for failure. Instead, workout 3-5 days a week (your body needs recovery time) Lift heavy and do some cardio. Figure out your TDEE based on that level of activity and reduce your intake by 20%. Get healthy, cut…

Sloppy Joes, with potato chips. Rigger

Well there ya go, you can toss just about anything in stir-fry, add some chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, or tofu if you're a veg, and you have a meal. Fried rice with veggies is also highly recommended. Rigger

My thoughts exactly. OP, does he wear skinny-jeans and get his fitness intel from Dr. Oz and the grocery store tabloids? Rigger

As the above poster said, add some broccoli to your ramen, or even your mac-n-cheese, and fruit to your cereal. How do you feel about stir-fry? Great way to do veggies with some protein. Also, a blender is pretty cheap, toss in some assorted fruits and a scoop or two if ice cream, instant fruit milkshake. Rigger

Define healthy? I had Del Taco this week, and Panda Express just yesterday. I also have ice cream and chocolate and other assorted sweets throughout the week, and I consider this perfectly healthy. Are you just looking for ways to get more fruits and veggies into your diet? What are your specific goals? Rigger

No, in fact, recent studies showed that they actually lowered bad cholesterol. I'll see if I can dig up the article. Rigger

You do understand that water flushes both the liver and kidneys right? And that some sort of magic supplement is just going to be filtered out BY the liver and removed same as anything else, right? Don't waste your money. Rigger

Are your kidneys, liver, and bowels failing? If not, just let them do their job. If you absolutely insist on doing a "detox" I recommend a tall glass of water, a few drops of VVL-800 machine oil, a toilet, half a dozen rolls of TP, and an IV. I guarantee two things, you'll be completely detoxed, and you'll never ask about…

Are you weighing your food, if not, you need to. Now, I'll use myself as an example. I am cutting on 2300 currently, I was at 2500 and was losing 1-1.5 pounds per week consistently. At 2300 I'm losing less, that's right, LESS. Because of my exercise I lose weight faster on 2500 than I do on 2300. Figure out your TDEE and…

First off, that's not a binge. As for what to do about it, move on with life as normal. Just log it and move on, one meal or one day every so often won't hurt you so there's no need to take extraordinary measures. Rigger

Your ticker says one pound lost, is this not accurate? You don't need to enter it anywhere else, but you can go to settings and manually update your ticker. Rigger

If you cheat, you're only cheating yourself. Your bad food choices only hurt you in the end. I will tell you to knock that crap off though, you know what needs to be done, so quit shirking your responsibility, put on your big girl pants and get back to work. Rigger

What's the point, you're not losing fat. Why torture yourself just to lose a few pounds of water and waste weight? And the Idea that this is anything like what we eat in the military is laughable. Maybe NVA Guerillas in the tunnels of South Vietnam in 1967 ate such low calories, but I assure you, a real military diet,…

This. It's a pain in the backside when you're cooking for five, but it's either that, or cook yours separate, or guess. Personally, I'd rather weigh it all and do a little math. Rigger

I must have just gotten lucky with my near 70 pound weight loss. Rigger

Basically this about 85% of the time. The other 15? Caution, meet wind. Rigger

Best bet is to cut off a limb. You can lose 3 pounds per week when your seriously overweight, but at 12St. 5, you'd have to be about three feet tall for that to be a good idea. Why the time crunch anyway? Is health not more important? Rigger

I don't believe in motivation, it's BS. Think about it, when the alarm goes off at 0500, are you motivated to get out of bed? NO! But you do it anyway out of habit. turn your workout into habit and you won't need to find "motivation." Rigger

Anything fried is going to be higher in calories. Beef with broccoli is a good choice, as are steamed veggies and teriyaki chicken. Rigger

Calories in Vs. Calories out. Where you get those calories from, and what you do with them is entirely up to you. Rigger

Having done both, I now do my lifting first, more energy=more power=better workout IMO. Rigger

Congratulations, you managed to get six of my absolute favorite foods in there. Add Ribs, a bacon bomb, pecan pie, lasagna and you have my top ten. Rigger

My clothes had started to fit better and I was feeling really good about it. I figured I was weighing around 235, one day a scale appeared in my bathroom so I stepped on it, it read 264.4, the heaviest weight I had seen on a scale. $@(% THAT!!!! That day I started cutting portions, the next day I started running, and a few…

I just downed roughly 1K from Del Taco, It's near midnight here and I'm off to bed. This is a fairly normal thing for me, usually 2-3 times per week. I also occasionally have a bowl of ice cream or some other carb laden sugary food half an hour before bed, or sometimes in bed, the ticker doesn't lie, and meal timing is…

Yup, that's right. It's high because when you do TDEE you don't eat back exercise calories. I recommend running your numbers through a couple more calculators and taking the average. Remember, it's just a rough estimate so use it as a baseline and work up or down to find your sweet spot. IIFYM has a calculator that a lot…
