I'm not sure how much I was eating when not tracking. Maybe higher calorie foods but not higher quantity. I have a Ness an so my stomach is small and is so have good and bad days that affect my calorie intake so have been gaining and losing the same 5 lbs for about 6 months.

I wasn't even getting in 800 calories a day but burning 1200 so that's what she was explaining.

I have hypothyroidism too but have lost about 100 lbs so it can be done. Make sure even though your meeting your calories and excercise that you pay attention to the nutrients factors too. 100 calories of fat and 100 calories of protein are not absorbed and processed the same by your body. I have an online calorie counter I use. Most days I work 8 hrs a day and work is very physical. On days off I have to catch up with house. I have gained 32 lbs of lean muscle mass according to Dr. Was sedetary for 6 years before.

I always feel full or not hungry. We eat mainly chicken, no hamburger, and steak and seafood once in awhile. I love salads and stirfrys. The thing is I also have ibs so I have to eat healthy easy to digest foods. Processed foods kill me. I don't starve myself I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. So eating more is hard.

I took it years ago and lost 30 lbs but gained it back plus some. Went back on it a few years later and almost had a heart attack. I was hospitalized and quickly taken off of it.
