why is my abdomen shrinking but scale not moving?
So the scale hasn't moved but this week my abdomen shrunk 1 1/2 inches? My back has lost its fat rolls and my abdomen is smaller. Nothing else much has changed. I have lost 81 lbs since Feb 14th 2012. But the 6 years I was completely sedetary. In my chair almost all day. The doc said in may I only had 116lbs of lean muscle mass at 220lbs. am i starving even though i eat when hungry!
I eat 800-1000 calories a day but burn around 1,000-1700 calories a day. I eat when I am hungry and stop when full. I have ibs so have to eat healthy. Can't do processed stuff and I crave healthy foods. Feel free to look at my diary. Feel good but can't get below 220 but no ibs problems in 6 months.
