finally broke my plateau

On February 14th, 2012 I weighed at least 300lbs and developed severe chronic ibs. I was miserable and wanted to just die. The pain and Nassau was exhausting. I decided after a few months of misery (with the help of my fiance the cook) to completely change my diet. We cut out processed food and started preparing healthy natural foods. I dropped 80 lbs by December. I then plateaued titter tottering up and down 5-10 lbs. I went to a nutritionist and she put me on the high protein diet I am on now and I started exercising and working again( after 6 years). I gained 7lbs the first 2 weeks to my dismay and everyone's confusion. I stuck with it and am now down 5lbs...woohoo. Only 43lbs from my and the nutritionist goal weight. So happy. I am now symptom free for several months now.
