Thanks. I haven't tracked the last week and gone off the band wagon as I've been away from home, but will get back into it tomorrow. I will try to incorporate more fruit & veg.

Is it really bad to consume this much fat when trying to lose weight? I've been having lots of protein. Lots of eggs and protein shakes.

Fat is 84g when should be 72g a day. I've had 109g carbs when my goal is 161g and my protein is 147g when it should be 215. I will have a protein shake before bed though so that will bump my protein up. I had two little snickers ice creams about half an hour a go so my fat is high for today ????. I have still got 363…

I don't know. I'm just confused. Maybe when I put some muscle on I will view my body differently. It's all just flabby and stuff at the minute.

I'd say looking at those pictures that I'm about 20%, but it's hard to tell with those images. 2 stone would be way too much for you to lose.

Yeah I have looked into the 5x5 stronglifts. Looked at the website and what each lift is. I did go to the gym at one point. Once I had lost some weight from doing cardio at home. I could still go the gym and do cardio, but I would feel very uncomfortable doing the weights because that isn't my comfort zone. Once I start at…

I very much doubt I am 15% body fat. I'd guess at more like 25-30%.

No I don't think I am eating that amount at all. Maybe on days where I have just had low motivation and eaten crap. Because I don't track I might be surprised and maybe am eating that + more.

Well when I last weighed myself I was 12 stone 6. I think I would be happy with 10 stone, but I won't know until I get to that point.

I might mention it again, but I don't think there's anything they can do. It's just who I am. I was previously 19 stone and lost it over a couple of years. I just cut out my really bad habits. I briefly mentioned it to my doctor not too long a go. She measured me and weighed me.... just said that I was the 'perfect weight' for my height etc. Doesn't really matter what she says though... it's how I feel in myself.

I have just seen a couple of pictures of you in one of your threads and you look thin to me. I think I look fat. I know people think I look skinny, but I really don't see it myself.

I can only see the book of 'You Are Your Own Gym' and I've downloaded that for free. The DVD is on Amazon which I might get at some point but it is £18.

Thanks everyone. Am I just blind then because I see something completely different with my body? I just see so much fat, especially in my mid-section which I really don't like. The 'You Are Your Own Gym' etc, can you buy them on disc? I have looked on YouTube, but there isn't a great deal. I am in the UK. Thanks.

Yeah I do quite a bit of strength exercises in T25. I just need to try and sort my eating out.

No not doing weights although I do T25 which does incorporate some dumbbells. I want to start doing weights, but I don't like the gym and have done cardio for so long.
