Hello! Feel free to add me! I am just getting back into full swing. Lost 60lbs over the course of a year and gained 25 back since the holidays. I got away from the things that I KNOW work best for me. Food diary and MFP support! Anyone else feel free to add me too. :)

Count me in folks! I lost 60lbs towards my goal, but fell back into old habits and got away what I know WORKS! Great network of supportive MFP friends and journaling my food/exercise. I stopped the Yo-Yo but put back on 25lbs. THEY ARE COMING OFF! Add me if you'd like a supportive friend! :)

I have made before where I cut in half, scoop out middle, make diagonal checkerboard in with knife, put 1/2 Tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, 1/2Tbsp brown sugar (have used splenda kind and real) then baked.
