Weights + HIIT + Clean Eating + water. Protein should be at 1g per 1lb bodyweight. Don't be afraid of good fats!!!

I'd not heard about goggles? The least favorite obstacle is going to be the high walls, being only 5'3' im terrified of not getting over!! Bring on the water, mud and even the electric shocks !!

In that case i'm a self centered *kitten* who thinks of nothing but what I eat and when I am next running or at the gym but you know what? I prefer to be this way than my former overweight miserable self with very little self worth. Great post and so true.

I'm doing my first Tough Mudder in May 2013, have a half marathon to do beforehand in 6 weeks time then getting some serious boot camp style training going on. They do have a training plan on the website though. Can't wait!!!!

Hearing the birds sing in the morning and lying on a secluded beach just listening to the sea with my eyes closed.

I only cook mine for 1minute 30 seconds as it thickens up once taken out. I also use 1/2 milk 1/2 water. Love it with blueberries, leave them to warm though in the porrige and its tastes like jam

I never truly believed I'd get to goal and in the beginning my 'treat' was a new set of boobs. I'm only 13.4lbs away from goal now and I have to admit waking up and looking forward to getting dressed in nice clothes and working out without feeling the need for oxygen after 5 minutes is a treat in itself. No more wanting…

Hello I started running last August and i must say i'm addicted. Did 10k on Sunday in 66 minutes. Signed up for 10k race for life and the Great North Run in September (half marathon) Feel free to add x
