I only lost 1.2lbs since the 6th of Jan. When I weighed myself on Tuesday the scales said 193lbs, so ashamed of myself! But its good to see that I managed to lose something before my weigh in... Hopefully next weeks weigh in will be more successful! Starting weight: 190.4lbs

SW - 192.6lbs (Sunday Jan 1) Week 1 - 190.4lbs (Sunday Jan 8 ) Week 2 - 189.2lbs (Monday Jan 16) Total lost so far - 3.4lbs Week 2's weigh in could have been more successful if I didnt indulge last weekend, but a loss is a loss no matter how small! Hopefully next week there will be a bigger improvement!

I was supposed to weigh myself before going to the library, but I was already running late for my study group and was also super hungry. No point in weighing myself now with a stomach full of food! Will weigh in tomorrow! Congrats on the success so far!

Hey :) A 'bump' is a simple reply used so you can easily access the thread under 'my topics' - it saves you having to write more than 1 word especially if you have nothing to say, but found the topic useful and want to access it again.

My first goal is to reach 150lbs - that puts me at the healthy bmi range but ultimately I think my end goal will be around 130-140lbs. I've lost 40lbs another 40lbs to go!

I'm having a bad week! My calorie intake this week is around 1200 calories, usually I eat around 1300-1390 - without going over my carbs - but this week due to buying both apples and pears, my carb intake is higher than usual, I would like to eat more but worried that the high carb intake will do me no good!

Im 5'5, 20 years old and want to lose 20lbs by the 1st of June. I'm currently 190.4lbs, I shall report back this Sunday! One of my big goals was to weigh 170lbs by the 1st of July, but I have been losing more than 1lb a week so will reach this weight sooner than expected, hopefully closer to the 1st of June! Good luck…

Hey I started last January too, lost about 36lbs (weigh in tomorrow) and turned 20 in November, feel free to add me :) My weight loss has been pretty slow too, but losing weight slowly is better than not losing anything
