Yes i do, best buy ever! I couldn't believe how wrong I was estimating everything before hand, what i thought was 50g of rice was more like 100g... I now know how much of something i should be eating, which is the whole point of a healthy lifestyle. It also means that my diary is super accurate and reliable. Sure you can…

I have mine set to 1lb a week and should be eating 1,560 calories, but try and stay between 1200-1390 so I will lose more but also so it will be easy for me to eat lower amounts as I get lighter. I'm successfully losing 1.5lbs a week :)

I use a low sodium salt so feel I'm not doing that much harm compared to before. I love salt and wasn't about to cut down on it, my food just wouldn't taste the same, so using the same amount of a healther alternative sounded much better

I'm definitely in and following through this time. Didn't get to finish the December challenge since my scales decided to stop working! But brought new ones last week! YAY!
-
The picture is tiny, but I can definitely see the difference! Well done!!

Mine would be to reach my goal of 150lbs by October 2012

You're right, I have cut out junk food and only have them as treats but still eat the meals I enjoy, I just cook them differently.

Good luck! We all have our moments, I remember when I didn't log in for a whole weak to avoid having evidence of my downfall... The main thing is that you get back on track, which you have!

SNAP! :P

I drink lots of tea! Either green tea or lady grey, without sugar. No calories a cup :) great stuff. Although it doesn't completely get rid of the hunger, it does help somewhat until my next meal.
-
You look so good! What is your height?
-
I agree!
-
I'm lucky I don't get any cravings that time of the month :D But I hate the cramps!! Boooo! :( Why don't you make some healthy oat bars/flapjacks as a substitute for the unhealthy sweet foods? There are so many recipes out there!

SW - 201 lbs. (Thursday Dec 1) Week 1 - 200 lbs (Thursday Dec 8 ) This was expected, next week my holidays are starting from university and I have no more deadlines! So will be exercising frequently, I hope to lose 2lbs next week! Fingers crossed!!

Uni and MFP. Uni because moving away has allowed me to go shopping on my own and buy only the things I need for that week and I don't buy snacks anymore, I make my own healthy alternatives and buy lots of fruit! At home, its just me trying to lose weight, so it would be asking too much of my family to change their eating…
-
Once I reach my goal, I will stop logging, but still stick around! Love the forums!

I've learnt to eat healthy but I've also learnt to eat those 'unhealthy' foods in moderation. I indulge once ever 3-4 weeks, before: 2 times per week. I'm only human, I love pizza, cake etc. thats NEVER going to change. :D
-
I usually weigh myself every 2/3 weeks. But I haven't weighed myself for about 4 weeks now :( My scales are at home, and I'm at uni right now, so will have to wait for another week to weigh myself. I could easily buy scales, but I already have 2 at home, don't need an extra one to be lying around not being used! :P…
