  • exactly! i have a couple friends that always respond with, "he doesn't eat" or "he has like two grains of rice for dinner." with the time and effort i've put into my diet AND exercise, it's almost insulting.

  • bingo. i don't see much of a difference when looking at myself in the mirror. it isn't until i look at pictures from a year ago, before i first got started, that i see the difference. WOW! you look at yourself every single day, so you're not going to notice the changes as much IMO.
  • haha, that's almost what i do for breakfast! two scoops, whole banana, 1/2 tsp of natural peanut butter, water, ice. tastes great and fills me up until it's time to eat again.

  • what's your daily routine like (work/home/etc)? i'm behind a desk at work most of day and i have a water cooler five feet from me, so i make it a point to constantly drink...and refill...my water bottle. by the end of my work day, i'm 12-14 glasses deep and i don't realize it half the time.
