I usually have an omelette, but we were out of eggs so I had 1 huge chicken breast and 100g greek yoghurt.
Bad choice. I love chicken, just not early in the morning.0 -

Breakfast burrito with turkey sausage, 1.5 eggs on a low carb flour tortilla!0

Homemade trail mix and a banana. And a couple of cups of coffee.0

2 egg omelette with mozz cheese, green bell pepper, onion, and some garlic.0

1 cup of Multi grain Cheeries 1/2 cup of 1 % milk = 160 cals
1 rasberry Yogurt = 80 cals
1 Bottle of water = 0 cals0 -
Special K Vanilla Almond cereal with milk and 1/2 of a banana!0

Half a bowl of 'Fruit & Fibre' cereal and the other half 'Maple and Pecan Crunch' with skimmed milk. Oh and a good ol' pint of water.0

A pack of maple brown sugar oatmeal with a tsp of flax seeds in it. I am hunger after 1 1/2 hours. I usually have raisin bran or some other bran that fills me up for the morning.0

1/2 cup of fiber one cereal and 1/2 cup of special k protein cereal with almond milk and a kiwi0

I had McDonalds for breakfast. A egg, ham, & cheese mcmuffin & a hashbrown. I know I didn't need it but I SO wanted it & it was sinfully delicious!0

Chocolate Protein Shake (w/ nonfat milk) because my 23 month old daughter actually slept in (OMGBBQELEVENTYONE!!) and I overslept.0

I just made an egg white omelet with tomatoes, orange peppers, feta, onions, spinach,
under 100 calories! It was filling. Going to do a workout and then i will be ready for what Saturday has to bring with all the bad food choices that are coming my way today.
