The equivalent of two egg whites and 3 slices of turkey bacon.
I did it for the protein, but I always crave something sweet in the morning.
I'm thinking honey nut cheerios and skim milk for breakfast tomorrow!0 -

Big bfast today!! Scrambled "eggs" with two slices of bacon, .7 oz smoked gouda, one mini whole wheat pita with pb/j!
Daily bfast is (steal cut) oatmeal with blueberries, cranberries and a dash of flax seed crunch PB from Trader Joe's!0 -
I had 1/2 cup egg beaters (scrambles eggs)
1 eggo nutri-grain low fat waffle
1/3 cup of blueberries
3 strawberries
and 2 tbsp. sugar free pancake syrup:)0 -
blended together in my blender:
1 cup almond milk, 1 banana, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 tsp peanut butter, and half a cup of spinach.0 -
A chocolate protein shake, a multi-vitamin and a glass of water0
