My brother swears by this no sugar philsophy. He does power lifting and constantly building more mass muscle. Definitely add strength training. I have seen how some runners look, especially when losing weight. It is not pretty, just flab. You want to always maintain tone. You look better, it helps with posture and shape.

I've never done the cheat day, but have heard many people say they do. This does help, still stay within your numbers regardless. I love all kinds of foods and love veggies most. I have recently feel in like with avocados. I added it to my veggie burger with large slices of tomatoes. I absolutely loved it. I have also been eating it with black beans, sliced avocados and salsa over eggs. with a side of light sour cream. Yum-O

these recipes sound deliciious! I will try that next week for dinner. I never salted my eggplant and it always comes out delicious. I sauted eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, and onions in my wok, using sesame oil. Then light glazed it in sesame teriakyi sauce. Everyone loved it, even all my non-veggie friendly guest.
