Aside from changing my eating habits from pizza and soda to kale salad and lemon water, I do yoga, watch funny flicks, run in the rain, dance a bit more, travel, and lately ... obstacle events that lets me wear my amazin' tutu! :) Xx

I used to drink like a fish! I was the life of the happy-hours, and get togethers. It's only Tuesday, yet we were already on our 2nd Happy Hour, and a cabby to take us home. Cheers, David! One of my major concern with doing crossfit is that I have a bummed knee, and it medically restricts what I can physically do. I too, have a bit of a wonky knee. Surgery on the right. Am a bit restricted when it comes to very physical activities. I've learned to modify, however. How long before you acclimatsed to crossfit? Xx

Yoga, velo (or spin), and strength training helped me improve my form, and stamina, especially with cadence. Am not fast. But am certainly not the last one to cross the fininsh line... most importantly, no injury, and minimal fatigue. Hope this helps! :) Nana Xx

I used to eat "diet" anything. Now I try to eat clean and non processed food. My palate, and body thanks me for it! I just need to consistently practice proper portion, and incorporate exercise! ^_^ Xx

If you are not comfortable working out in the gym yet, give low impact cardio routines a go in your flat. I do them at times as well. Give fitnessblender.com a go, mate. Hang in there! :smile:
