Great job this week! It is hard when you get home late, I know the feeling, just try your best to make a quick meal instead of the takeaway. And if not, just get back on the train the next day, and don't weigh yourself for a couple of days, that is what I do.

I am the same way too sometimes Nicole, it is hard to break old habits. I feel so crappy after a cheat day sometimes that I try and limit it to a cheat meal now.

Hi there, just as a source of encouragement, I did it, and it took a lot of will power, sticking with the food diary, and lots of walking. I walked an average of 20km/week with my dog, usually 5 times a week. I ate as clean as I could, but did have some bad days in there too. Just remember you are doing it for yourself.
