Hmmm... I'm no professional but the stuff i have seen posted in regards to this question and friends I have had with this problem have done this; Up you calorie intake ( I know it sounds scary) and try more low fat foods high in protein. Try not to do so much cardio but some calisthenics. Hope this helps

don't give up. You can do it. It just takes discipline and determination. Partner up with someone if you can and motivate each other. Just keep your long term goal in mind when you feel like quitting! Hope this helps best :)

Most of my cardio is riding my bike. i do a lot of calisthenics. Will that work? I try to do leg lifts, plank, squats, lunges, etc... any other suggestions?

I currently eat lean (i think) and love tuna and have always eaten it as well. Thank you so much for the help.
