  • i wish i could think like this! my sugar limit it about 32g a day...i almost always go over it, from fruit, or just about anything else i eat. and i regret every bite i take thats over that limit. same on my cheat day if i go over my calorie limit. i hate myself for it...i regret it while eating it, even though its soooo…
  • sometimes people just let life get in the way. they realise that theyre gaining weight but they dont know what to do about it, or who to talk to. so they go into self denial and buy bigger clothes so they can continue to ignore the truth....plus its an excuse to go shopping. thats what happened to me :( hope that helps :)

  • im 21, gained 20kgs 2 years ago and so far have lost 2kgs in the past 5 weeks. motivation is a very difficult thing for me =/
  • its an amazing thing being told to eat more calories lol. sometimes it makes it easier knowing you need to eat a few more every day haha
