Yes I do agree, that you shouldnt take pills. But I am so bad at exercising, cant get motivated at time. Eating the wrong food, I eat more than what I should 1200cal. Wow can't believe it. It's fantastic!!!! Wish I cud av done it I can't seem to get on with it I stop after Easter break & cudnt eat less again too much temptation. I think it a good idea to track your exercise calories i just tried it. what i did was put my stepper in every room that needed cleaning, jumped on my stepper every so often and put music on. I would see how many tracks it would take to finish one room. i have 5 bed rooms 4 reception rooms a big kitchen &4 bathrooms. I can…
