You need fiber with your protein. Drink some metamucil to move your system or eat some raw broccoli. The bloating and fullness could indicate constipation. Eat balanced. Apples and cheese/peanut butter. Pineapple and cottage cheese. etc..

If you work out on a daily basis then going over by 20g or so is actually helping your muscles build up when they need it most. I drink a protein shake that has 27g protein per serving after every workout because your body needs to replenish. Going over by 100's though, not so much a great idea.

I did a 5 day colon cleanse and fast and lost 8 pounds in those 5 days. Never gained it back. I swear it was toxins and plaque build up in my bowels. I'm all about fiber now.

I get too sweaty to keep it on my person. It usually stays in my cubby and I carry around my iPod for tunes. I do however admire those 19 year old girls who can continually text while on the elliptical. Shoot, I can barely get a sip of water.

YES! I saw this about 4 different times tonight. Guys who look so proud to be using a machine and they are using it wrong! Don't they know that the reason you have certain posture and hand positioning is to work the right muscles and work them properly???
