21st birthday coming up, need advice!

I need advice: My 21st Birthday is Monday! I work on Monday until 10pm. My boyfriend and I are going to go out for a few drinks after work on Monday Night then on Tuesday, since I'm off, I am going out drinking with a few friends and the bf.

I know Drinking takes up alot of calories and there will be cake on Monday Night (not a huge deal, I will just have a small piece).

But it's my 21st birthday! I don't really want to worry about calories because then I won't have fun and I will just be stressed. What would you do? Would you just use Monday Night and Tuesday as cheat days and work harder afterwards?

  • Yes. Cheat and feel good about it. It's better that way :) No guilt and no regret.

    lol yah have fun i splurged for my roomates 21st and it wasnt even my bday :P

    YES! and drink lots of water the next day. You need a cheat day every once in a while so you don't feel deprived
