Yeah, I think I really need to start mixing it up. I'm like a lot of other people...Once I get comfortable, I stick with an exercise. I've also noticed it's been taking a lot more work to burn calories, per my HRM!! haha

Well, I get up and am exercising by 4:50-5:00am. I walk on the treadmill for either 40 minutes, or walk one mile and do the 30 Day Shred. I also do similar at night. I use a neoprene belt when I work out sometimes. It makes you sweat A LOT!! Haha I haven't seen any drastic results, but it does take away bloat and such. Level 2 is pretty intense compared to Level 1, in my opinion. I have a hard time with planks, and there are a lot of plank moves. Static lunges, new cardio....it's a great workout. My last day of Level 2 is tomorrow. I start Level 3 on Saturday! Yikes! haha
