l am still doing Level1 but l don't really feel much difference now. l got over the soreness, l was extremely sore on the first day but now l am perfectly fine when l do it! l want to do Level1&2 of the 30DS but is Level 2 a lot more intense? Thanks!

i found it a lot more intense, it is a pretty big step up but really good - you see great results
Maybe try just level 2 on its own and then, if you feel up for it, combine levels 1 &2.0 -
Level 2 involves alot of planks, alot of twists on the planks. Level 1 didn't get me much at all - well except the cardio - level 2 really does get me. The planks get in the cardio aswell as ab work - its works anyway, i enjoyed going up the level0

Agreed, L2 is a lot harder than L1, but your body will adjust after a few days and you'll feel so much stronger and see great results.0

Sorry to go against everyone else here but I actually found level 2 much easier. There is lots more arm work but less jumping around like a nutter!0

I find level 2 more challenging, but def in a good way. It keeps my heart rate high throughout and I actually like the exercises better. Like said above - less jumping about like a nutter!0

Level 2 is pretty intense compared to Level 1, in my opinion. I have a hard time with planks, and there are a lot of plank moves. Static lunges, new cardio....it's a great workout. My last day of Level 2 is tomorrow. I start Level 3 on Saturday! Yikes! haha0

I liked level 2 better, it was harder, but felt to me like a more effective workout. Good luck!!0
