This is what I have read Take your weight and divide it by 2.2 ie 130 / 2.2= 59 Then you multiply that number but 1-1.8, depending on how hard your weight training sessions are. ie 59 x 1.8 (Heaving lifting)= 106 So with this I would consume 106g per day to fuel my lean muscle mass

The 180's hurt! I think if we did then in the beginning it wouldn't be so bad but because of all the leg work before it, it makes the so much worse!! I hate Scissor jumps and standing mountain climbers!! I also LOVE the kickboxing!! The circuit after the abs (circuit 5) is my FAV!!

This workout is KILLER! But man does it work!! Jillian know she stuff! My husand (a big weight lifter) did it with me and he bailed with one more circut to go! He's said "man thats really hard" I said yep but thats why she get results! :) I wish I could tell you that one gets easier and maybe it does (just a little bit)…

I feel your pain...I LOVE Jillian DVDS. I would recommend her FOR SURE its a lot of jump training so if you have good knees good for it!! She is on exercise TV. I'm thinking of trying P90X. So many people swear by it. I'm also interested what people have to respond to this.

I would go with 30DS. Ripped in 30 is a lot of hard strength moves. Its AMAZING don’t get me wrong but its tough. 30 day shred is also very intense but the strength moves are a little more straight forward. Many people start with 30ds which I highly recommend. I hurt my knee doing ripped so i moved to 30ds and LOVE it. My…
