Bosu ball?…

I'm a pharmacy student. There is a reason 600mg and 800mg are only available on prescription. You shouldn't take that much unless your doctor tells you to. Just because you can take 6 (1200mg) in a day doesn't mean you should take it all at once. ETA: If you take too much it might not be serious, but in some cases it is.…

You should download adblock. No more ads on here, youtube, tv catchup websites, nothing :)

Um, no don't, overdosing is bad. If they are 200mg take 2, if they are 400mg take one. No more!!

Well for me the first day usually involves being curled up in a ball either feeling like I'm going to vomit or actually vomiting due to the pain, so I skip that day. Day 2 is better on the vomiting front but it pretty much hurts to do things, even stretching sometimes makes me feel ill. After that then I go to the gym as…

I noticed you haven't logged any oils or things, what did you cook the meat and omelettes in? Also the homemade omelette with cheese recipe (unless you added it in yourself) probably isn't the best because you don't know the amount of oil or cheese or anything. What about condiments? Ketchup, mayonnaise, things like that…

I make homemade oven chips/fries and they are really easy and healthy. Just peel a potato and cut into chips, then put them into a sandwich bag with some oil (I use about a teaspoon because its just for me). Rub the bag so the potato gets coated in the oil then tip them onto on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about…

This may just make me reconsider watching 50 shades of grey

Joseph Morgan Oh and here, have some naked Benedict Cumberbatch (just because)

Agreed

I know the UK guidelines say an extra 200 cals a day in the third trimester is all that is needed. ETA: This comes from my nutrition in pregnancy module of my degree last year

As far as I am concerned, I would say if you really want it then eat it. Just make sure it fits into your daily goal. If you are under your calories you will still lose weight.

I have a scale that gives me a bodyfat estimate, and I used a couple of the online calculators you suggested which all gave me about the same %

Whovian and Sherlockian here (mmmm Benedict Cumberbatch is just GORGEOUS) OMG the face of Boe! That was such a brilliant arc! Sad that Matt Smith's doctor never got to meet Jack though, it doesn't feel right!

I just joined too :) I want to get some more muscle and decrease my body fat so I don't jiggle :p
-
Yeah I get that. Because you aren't overweight people seem to assume that you must have some kind of eating disorder if you want to lose weight. It really gets on my nerves, especially when the guys I live with are saying things like "please don't deny yourself, have this piece of cake". I'm like sorry did you not notice…

Hi I just joined this group today. I'm 5 foot 3.5, 119lb with a body fat % of 24. Looking to decrease my body fat to around 20%, after my exams I'm going to get back into going the gym and try to increase my muscle a bit. Friends who know what they are talking about in this would be very helpful!! Feel free to add me, just…

Next time he starts flirting with you tell him to stop and say it feels wrong because he is engaged. That would make him think about whether it is harmless flirting or whether he actually has feelings for you. Then its up to him what to do about it.

We have a costco membership, and used to use it quite a lot, but don't really use it any more (we aren't planning on renewing it when it runs out later this year). Its ok but a lot of the stuff isn't actually that much cheaper than other places (in the UK at least). And the fact the prices are given not including VAT can…
