I mix 30DS with jogging (alternating each day) and feel I'm getting fitter!

'Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred': is great to just get on with a work out. 3 Levels of intensity to build you up. Very good for toning. :smile:

I did the 'Beach body: Slim in six' which isn't as intense but still a fantastic work out. You can see and feel the benefits.
