NSV: when I shop at Aldi, I hate unloading the main basket because I have to go in front of the cart, unload everything, back the cart out (and there's always someone standing as close as they can get) and get out of the checkout lane, push the cart back in, and then unload the seat. It's a tight fit to stay where I am and…

I was there awhile back but being injured and steroid injections and dysautonomia flares, I bounced back up. But originally I was in the 360s and still kept the bulk of it off! Now that I'm regaining some functionality, it's a bit easier to hit my goals.

this week I lost a quart of milk but overall I lost a small motorbike 🏍️

7/6: 310.4 7/12: 308.4. Hit my weekly goal for weight loss :). Hit my fiber target every day but 1! And closed all three rings 5 times. Not too shabby ;-) Immediate goal is 1 pound a week and first "big" goal is to go below 300. my current nutrition goal is to hit my fiber goals movement goal is to hit all three rings on…

weigh-in 7/5: 310.4 Weigh-in 7/12: 308.4 Met my weekly goals—2 pounds down instead of 1 and closed all three move rings five times Weekly goals: lose 1 pound, close all three move rings on my watch at least three times Milestone goal: get into the 200s Ultimate goal: lose at least 125 pounds so if I need surgery, they…

I don't personally use those—the magnesium is too low for me! My magnesium is chronically low (sodium and potassium are usually fine when doc checks them) so I take supplements and when I need some electrolytes, I usually use the Prime Hydration packets. which kind you use really depends on your needs! Some people need…

I approach "good" at around 100 ounces. But unless I'm going straight to bed, I'll drink more so electrolytes it is! My doctor reminds me to keep my electrolytes stocked lol

I miss the wall, too! So much easier to keep up with my friends on here

made an egg scramble with potatoes O'Brien, eggs, cream, and cottage cheese. Topped it with a little cotija cheese and salsa. Had some water with lemon and then coffee with it.

I bought a cute pair of pants at the thrift store that pair well with one of my favorite shirts. It was a size smaller than what I normally wear but I thought I could put it away for a bit and wait to shrink into them. Tried them on to see how close I was to being able to wear them and while slightly snug, they fit well…

🌈What have you accomplished so far in 2025? What are you still hoping to acheive? And where would you like to see yourself in another six months? I was in an accident last year and am still recovering from injuries and activity is so painful. Heck. Sometimes sitting still is painful :p But I continue to do PT exercises and…

I'm an overachiever on water! I've given myself hyponatremia more than once 🫣 I track my water to make myself aware of how much I'm drinking. As I get closer to 100 ounces, I have to do an electrolyte packet. Keeps me out of the hospital!

Hello! waves I was in a car accident last year and am still recovering from my injuries. Activity is still quite painful but I'm slowly trying to get more movement! My BMI is too high for the surgery that could help so I need to lose about 125 pounds. Which isn't easy when it hurts so much to move! I was 310.4 this…

I got really sick over the summer (viruses, strep twice, pneumonia, bronchitis) and my blood pressure went from fine to stroke level (so did my blood sugar. my body forgot how to work apparently 🤷♀️). I had to go on multiple medications immediately and spent the first two months miserable from both medication side effects…

Some of my favorite things don't work with the way I eat now but I don't want to forever give up things I enjoy so I strategically plan for them. I'm low carb to keep my blood glucose in check and so this is a longterm lifestyle. But that popcorn at the movies last week when my husband and I had a date alone for the first…

The last few have been rough here, too. I held steady for a bit, which was fantastic because eating was off and I thought for sure I'd gain. But I tried to stick with my carb and calorie goals even when grabbing takeout and I managed to maintain 😊

Thanks! I hit 40 this morning 🤗

Very nice!

@mnwalkingqueen I'm so sorry about your dad :( A good source of low sodium protein is nuts and seeds that are unsalted. I eat a lot of salad and unsalted sunflower seeds or walnuts on top replaces the crunch of croutons while helping me hit my protein goal. Plus they have the good fats. Also cooking from whole ingredients…

I'm low carb to keep my blood sugar under control :)

I started tracking as a way to stabilize my blood sugar so I could see what types of food kept it from spiking. Weight loss has been a side effect of that 🙂
