Great! How do I join it. I know I will cross 24 hours pretty soon, because I have joined a Global Team Running Challenge, which makes you run everyday to keep your team on top. My scores so far are 1:25 of running and 10 of stretching from 2nd thru 4th July. So that's 4:45 so far. 19: 15 to go

I so need to kill my cravings. My sugar cravings (huge cravings) are the only one that kill my will power on being 100% vegan. I end up having that odd chocolate or cookie which has milk solids! It should be minimum 39km a week which works out to 170km a week. If it's a challenge let's make it a 200km challenge. Or make it 100 miles
