FIRST ask your doctors if it's okay for you to. They should be able to tell you and give you the "okay" Based on what they say you can look into training or start on your own.

Yea--second opinion. My workouts have caused me to not have as many, but I still have one at least every few months. Unless you are dramatically under-eating you should go speak with an ob/gyn and get your hormone levels checked, etc

Everyone is different. depending on your body and how much you've got to lose you could start seeing results in 2-3 weeks. Sometimes it takes a month and the changes could be dramatic or very subtle.

Right now I'm doing some circuit work with reps at 10 so my numbers tend vary based on what the previous exercise was, etc. So, currently: I'm not sure of my exact weight...but around 145 lbs at 5'7" Bench: 75 OHP: I haven't done just this in a while. My clean and press is 60 so I'd guess my overhead would be around there…

You're not eating enough. I just finished training and running a half. On days I ran over 6 miles I ate back half my cals I burned. Also, you don't need to be running everyday except one day. Tone it back a bit and shoot for 4 days a weeks with one of those days being a longer run and see if that helps ETA: Ex) on an 8…

My hubby is on here too. He doesn't use it as much as I do, but he knows my friend list is mixed. Yes, I've had some inappropriate private m's---I either ignore them or if it's from a friend--delete. Pretty simple.

different body fat %, different body COMPOSITION! #1 doesn't have near the muscle mass as the others. They could have the same % bf, but still look differently if they're body composition is dramatically different.

they had their run. yes they're top 2-3 teams are amazing, but I wouldn't necessarily write home about the rest. the rest of the conferences are getting better and it's going to show.

You're not going to get huge so don't worry about that. Lift as heavy as you can for anywhere from 3-4 sets of 8-15. I generally do 4 sets of 8 or 3 sets of 12-15

BMI was not designed for individual-use. It was designed to categorize populations. Using it to categorize individual people is not the correct use and a big part of why it really doesn't apply.
