anti chew sprays, and if you haven't yet try and sign him up for "puppy class" it helps with being mentally challenged. Any idea what mix he is? Sounds like my lab who is the same age-she gets bored and started chewing again. "recycle" the toys. Keep say half of them out and the other half hidden. After a few weeks or…

I really like doing cable crunches. Some other exercises I'll do are: crunches on a stability ball, bicycle crucnches, decline crunches, jackknives, oblique twists with weight, reverse crunch-floor or bench. There's also side crunches but I tend to struggle with those on one side b/c of an old injury so I don't really do…

movingcomfort.com has great bras! A little pricy but for comfort and keeping the girls in place so worth it! I love the juno I believe is what it's called.

I guesstimate my veggies unless I eat a lot or a higher cal veggie like celery or cauliflower

Welp then I'm doing it wrong! I'm currently stuck. I'm considering shooting for 1600-1800 cals a day. I burn anywhere from 300-600 cals a workout--depending what I do. Should I do some zig-zagging?

have you tried turbofire? It's supposed to be great for the mid section! I have the same problem right now too. It uses HIIT which is great for fat burning.

Fat loss question: I'm 5'7" with 23-24% bf at about 147-149 lbs. I lift weights 4-6x's a week fairly heavy. I added muscle and now I'm ready to cut. Eventually get down to around 19% bf. Is there truth behind eating more to burn fat? I'm having a hard time figuring out how much I should be eating to effectively burn fat…

bump...someone has to be interested in trying it out?!
-
have you tried turbofire?! I've tried 30DS before and didn't last more than a week...

personally if I've never heard of them I would pass. Just me though.

yoga. cardio. She has a great body. Similar to what I want only I want a few lumps ;)
-
Im almost done with it. I believe there are modified versions for at home. It's getting pretty intense. I had a mid-way thru slump or crash in diet, but I'm going to finish it up take a few weeks off and then start it again. I like it.

Yea if you feel them in your neck you're doing them wrong. You're not pulling yourself with your abs, but instead with your neck. I used to be hang my head up doing crunches to make sure I was using my abs. Also look in to some yoga poses for core.

LOL I retract my previous statement....and would like to simply say ditto
-
gah I love big arms and shoulders! What you have now looks awesome though! Maybe lean them out a bit if you're wanting definition when they're at your sides
