I love how people keep telling joejward95 to ignore the posts and not to have posted his OP, then why are you posting your own negative comment to his OP? Maybe you should take your own advice and ignore his post if it bothers you....

Thanks for sharing your experience. I really like it when people post their "success" stories and they are still in the middle of the journey. It is very inspirational to see people happy with themselves when they aren't event even at their "goal" weight yet. Keep it up!!

mine was a couple of days ago, I was just standing in the bathroom waiting to get in the tub and happened to look over in the mirror and noticed... my back rolls were gone... like its all smooth back there... lol, felt good :D

I did this too, but then its very disapointing when no one seems to notice at all. I've gone down 2 dress sizes and no one has said a thing.... :cry: :sad: :mad:

I wasn't trying to be rude, I was joking, he looks amazing, I just noticed he had less hair, my hubby used to do that when he lifted, and was skinnier... Sorry if I seemed mean :-(

Mine was yesterday, I did 90 minutes of cardio with my husband home, normally if he gets a day off, I take it off too :wink: But I realised that if I want my lifestyle to change, it has to change with him home too.:tongue:

I have a walking, very active 10 month old son, I do my HIIT in the morning while hes in his high chair eating breakfast for 30 mins. No, your growing up, you will continue to gain "weight" just because your body is still developing, it will do this until like age 22+ Thats nature.
