From what I have read it is good to eat with in an hour of waking. So the banana and water sounds like a really good idea. Light enough on your stomach, yet you are still giving your body something.

Personally, I would tell her that being over weight and never exercising is unhealthy. As long as he is eating enough not loosing weight, I would think it would be fine. Everyone is different and you are probably gonna have to play around with your calories like pp said. Don't stop working out!! It is a good thing to do to maintain your health even if you are not trying to loose.

Wow! I have known many family memebers like your sister. You are doing good by taking care of yourself and even though your weight loss may be slower than hers, it will be gone for good, as long as you continue. Focus on yourself. Obviously, talking to her is not doing yourself any good, show her.
